colonic therapy

Colon hydrotherapy (colonic therapy) also known as Colonic Irrigation is the gentle rinsing of the colon with warm water, to remove encrusted faecal matter, gas and mucus. Colon hydrotherapy involves the safe, gentle infusion of water into the colon via the rectum. Healing and cleansing herbs can be used. The entire therapy is both relaxing and effective.

Gutconnection Colonics is the clinic for Colon Hydrotherapy or Colonic irrigation in Ferreira do Zezere, Tomar, Santarem, Costelo Branco, Entroncamento, Fatima, Ourem, Serta, Alvaiazere, Beco, Tores Novas, Golega, Montes, Aguas Belas and surrounding areas.

The procedure is safe and uses body temperature-controlled water for the intestinal cleanse. This procedure is totally pain free and medically safe.

During the colonic treatment, the therapist uses visceral massage technique on the abdomen and pressure points to make the cleansing process more effective.

Health Benefits:

Colon hydrotherapy can provide a gentle yet effective detox after a period of overindulgence or general un-wellness.

“Almost nothing influences our gut bacteria as much as the food we eat.”

Sorry this appointment type isn’t available, please check back later

The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison to the gut, this influences the kind of gut bacteria that grows and survives in the gut flora to bring about self healing or toxic (poison) accumulation in the GI-tract.

Visited Pelly yesterday and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The treatment is so very effective. I feel a lot more energetic and the bloating has gone. Had 2 meals today and my tummy is still flat whereas by now I’d be feeling and looking 8 months pregnant. Pelly is highly knowledgeable and very friendly and welcoming. Very patient as well. I’m a client for life! Thank you Pelly.

I saw Pelly today and was really nervous. What a woman she is!!! She made me feel really relaxed, even when I got tense during the treatment, she breathed with me and calmed me down, just a wonderful, passionate, friendly, down to earth lady. Everybody needs a Pelly x
